Straight and curved round tube wet finishing up to Ø205mm with maximum flexibility and consistency.


The MLW200 round tube finishing machine finishes and polishes round, oval and elliptical tubes, straight or curved, up to 200mm with water cooling.

The ML planetary system allows the work to be performed without rotating the tube, delivering the best results on both bent and curved tubes. 

The auto feeding system transports straight tubes safely and automatically through the finishing station, enabling a consistent and highly productive finishing quality. 

The water-cooling system enables a faster cooling of the tube as well as the possibility of working different metals simultaneously.

The MLW200 was designed to finish either straight tubes (automatically) or bent tubes (manually). The feeding systems can be easily pushed back so manual operation can be done.

The MLW200 has an option that enables the storage of programs for future use. Grinding only pre-defined sections of the tube, selecting repetition grinding mode and setting the abrasive belts and the tube transport system are all variables which can be combined and saved on the MLW200.

The ML200 can be equipped with tables for easier tube loading, unloading and storage. 

Water-cooling system
Water-cooling system

Reduces the temperature of the tubes during the finishing operation and keeps dust away from the grinding area, filtering it. The water-cooling system works in a closed circuit. After being sprayed onto the finishing area the water then is filtered and pumped back into the machine. The automatic option provides a continuous renovation and monitoring of the filter paper’s cleanness, avoiding the operator having to perform this task.
